FightXP is a boxing interval timer app. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information from users. This policy explains what third-party services are used and how they may interact with your device.
We do not collect any personal data directly. No account registration is required to use the app. No names, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information are collected or stored by JinxedJackal.
FightXP displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data from your device to serve personalised or non-personalised ads. This may include your device's advertising ID, IP address, and general location data.
AdMob's data collection and use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can opt out of personalised advertising by adjusting your device settings under Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
FightXP includes an optional feature that allows users to share badge achievements via their device's native share dialog. This feature does not transmit any data to JinxedJackal. Any data shared is handled entirely by the app or service the user chooses to share through.
Workout statistics, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to any server and remains entirely under your control.
FightXP is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Since JinxedJackal does not collect personal data directly, these rights primarily apply to data collected by Google AdMob. You can exercise those rights through Google's privacy tools at myaccount.google.com.
